These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Loooper ("Loooper", "we", "us"), operated by BlackThread. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Loooper.
The service
Loooper is a practice tool for musicians: it lets you save songs from YouTube, create loops, take notes, track practice, organize sets, and share with others. Videos play through YouTube's official player; Loooper does not download, host, or store video or audio files.
Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
- You may use Loooper as a guest, but guest data is stored only on your device and may be lost if you clear your browser.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, infringe others' rights, or use it for unlawful purposes. Your use of YouTube content through Loooper is also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service. You're responsible for ensuring your use of any content complies with applicable law and the rights of others.
Your content & sharing
You retain ownership of the notes, loop names, set arrangements, and other content you create. By using sharing features, you grant other users you share with the ability to view that content. You're responsible for what you choose to share.
Subscriptions & payments
- Loooper offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Current pricing is shown on the pricing page.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
- We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes won't affect the period you've already paid for.
Intellectual property
Loooper, its design, and its software are owned by BlackThread and protected by applicable laws. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding. YouTube content remains the property of its respective owners.
Disclaimers
Loooper is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that third-party content (such as YouTube videos) will always be available.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlackThread will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Loooper. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You can stop using Loooper and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the service.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll revise the "Last updated" date above, and continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
